Course summary:

A usability evaluation is a review of a tool or product to determine whether it is fit for users. Testing with users early and often can help reveal any issues with the design immediately. We’ll teach you how to set up and run both formal and informal usability tests, as well as usability walkthroughs and their benefits. We’ll look at some software tools to support usability testing, and also teach you how to conduct a heuristic usability evaluation. You’ll also learn how to report the findings from usability tests.
