Charlie brings eight years’ experience in usability and user research working with major companies and government in Australia and the UK. Charlie employs a range of research techniques to find out what really makes an audience tick. He uses these insights to create well targeted designs and recommendations. Charlie has conducted hundreds of hours of focus groups, usability tests, user interviews and workshops with people ranging from financial advisors to drug users; air traffic controllers to aid workers.
