What makes us different?
At Stamford, we don't work to a rigid template. We tailor our range of consulting activities to fit your style, time and budget. If you like a hands-on approach, we can work on-site with you leading the work and coaching your team during the engagement. Alternatively you may prefer that we work autonomously. Either way, we work collaboratively so you'll always know what we're doing and what to expect.
If you would like to discuss your user centred design options, please contact us.

- Our methodology
Our methodology
As usability and design professionals, we apply proven procedures and techniques to research, analyse, test and present our findings. We are very conscious of the need to work with our customers and understand their unique requirements. Accordingly, we take a flexible approach and adapt our methodology to meet the specific business goals and budgetary constraints of each particular project.
We know from experience that one size doesn't fit all problems, and that successful outcomes are achieved by applying the right solutions and methods to your unique needs.
Our methodology is:
Highly collaborative
We engage with you to ensure your business goals are reflected in the design of your project, be it website, intranet, software application, mobile device or a hardcopy publication. We collaborate with your target users to ensure your product addresses their needs. This is often achieved through user testing, focus groups and stakeholder interviews, to name a few.
Iterative
Our range of services can be applied at any stage in the product development lifecycle.
Responsive to your needs
We ensure our approach is specific to your requirements, and not a one-size-fits-all template. We work with you to make sure that we provide you with the outcome you're looking for.
Scalable
Our approach to usability and design can be tailored to fit most budgets and timeframes.
