CPA Australia - IA Redevelopment and Interaction Design

CPA Australia provides online access to public information on accounting, finance and business resources as well as member-only pages to a membership base of 120,000, across 100 countries. They engaged Stamford to redesign the information architecture (IA) and interaction design of their site and incorporate and consolidate CPA Australia's career website with the main corporate site.
The Brief
- Improve the delivery of online communication to website users, ensuring a consistent user-centred approach is adopted
- Achieve personalisation and optimisation of the website without compromising usability
- Site must follow accessibility standard WCAC 2.0 guidelines
- Create easy access to specific content areas
- IA must be flexible, allowing for furture change within the site and the accommodation of dynamic content and collaborative/social functionality

A dynamic IA and interaction design integrating CPA Australia's complex brand while emphasising knowledge sharing and transfer across members.
