Andrew is a rounded professional with a passion for usable technology.  His background in engineering, product management and financial planning brings a balanced point of view to his usability work. Andrew enjoys keeping his knowledge of web 2.0 technologies up to date, appreciating both the constraints and opportunities they bring for clients.

Melinda Maher

Melinda is an accomplished user experience practitioner having worked in the information technology industry for around 6 years. She specialises in Human Computer Interaction and user experience and has worked with intranets, websites and web applications. Melinda is passionate about the user experience and has undertaken many user research activities such as contextual inquiries, card sorting and task analysis, information architecture design, user interface design, usability testing, expert usability evaluation and heuristic reviews.

Melinda has an innate ability to work with people, enabling her to draw out the needs of users in a non threatening way as well as working with developers and graphic designers to ensure that the needs of the user are faithfully reflected in the end product.

Kristian Martin

Kristian is a highly skilled business analyst and consultant with extensive experience in requirements identification and management, business process design, workflow mapping and business process re-engineering. Having a keen interest in usability, Kristian enjoys working closely with clients and end-users to co-operatively design, enhance and implement business/IT systems, including intranets, company websites and point of sales interfaces. He enjoys researching and utilising existing and emerging technologies to help support clients in achieving their goals.

Diane Pierce

Diane (Di) has worked extensively in the online space, building up skills and knowledge across interface and interaction design, UCD methodologies and accessibility standards. Di has thorough interpretive skills, with the ability to apply them to achieve practical and obtainable solutions so as to successfully meet business and project goals.

Di maintains a strong belief that online systems should be usable and accessible for all users regardless of browser, operating system or device.

Rebecca Turner

Rebecca has over eight years’ experience assisting organisations with ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness through improved interface design. Rebecca has a strong focus on the creative aspects of her work, and uses her knowledge and background in usability to ensure that her designs not only look good but also work for the people that use them.

With a background in both web development and interface design, Rebecca combines an ability to synthesise the needs of the user into meaningful designs with an understanding of the underlying technical issues. She also has a thorough understanding of accessibility and W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Rebecca’s combination of specialist skills means her designs are both effective and feasible.

Belinda Walker

Belinda is an experienced usability and content professional dedicated to delivering an excellent user experience across all projects.

She has a background in journalism and experience developing and managing website content for more than 10 years. Belinda has established a strong respect for investing in usability principles and following industry-accepted guidelines.

Belinda has been involved with several website redevelopments, usability review projects, content audits and change management implementations following user-centred design methodologies. She thrives on managing competing priorities to ensure website users are presented with relevant and readily accessible content.

Laura Zucchetti

Laura is a web professional with over nine years experience. She previously worked in the areas of web design and development before specialising in user experience.  Most recently she was a senior user experience architect at Snow Valley - a leading provider of multi-channel e-commerce solutions in London.

Laura enjoys realising her clients’ motivations and business objectives. This helps her create solutions that are both usable and enjoyable.
